The Kuu Collection is a crossover of organic shapes and contemporary fashion. The collection is composed of several separate pieces, all combinable in multiple ways. Ruotsalainen muotisuunnittelija Martin Bergström on monialainen taiteilija, joka on soveltanut ainutlaatuista muotokieltään sisustuksiin ja huonekaluihin, kuoseihin ja vaatteisiin sekä teatteriin ja lavastuksiin. The Kuu -sarja on saanut innoituksensa kuun kalpeasta valosta ja yötaivaan pimeydestä. Kuu on salaperäinen taivaankappale, joka vaikuttaa elämäämme monin tavoin, mutta kätkee meiltä aina toisen puolen itsestään – kuun pimeää puolta emme koskaan näe. Valo ja pimeä, näkyvä ja näkymätön saavat väkevän tulkinnan koruissa, joissa orgaaniset muodot yhdistyvät moderniin muotiin ja muotoiluun.

Care instructions for silver jewelry

Kalevala silver jewelry is handcrafted in Finland from sterling silver. More than 99% of the silver we use is recycled.

Over time, all silver jewelry darkens. Darkening can be prevented by regular cleaning and proper storage of the jewelry. Dark spots can be removed with a Kalevala cleaning cloth. After cleaning, it is a good idea to wash the jewelry in mild soapy water so that the cleaning agent does not stain the clothes. The cleaning cloth is not suitable for cleaning stones set in silver jewelry.

It is good to keep the jewelry in its original packaging. Additional protection for jewelry without
against the darkening effect of impurities is provided by a tight plastic bag.
