Vöyri bracelet

Alone and proud, two is always more beautiful, no two without three.

When an ancient woman of power dressed up in her finest, in most cases she did not settle for one bracelet – she could wear many, and on both wrists. In the later age of tribal migrations, bracelets widening towards both ends and decorated with rich stamped ornaments were very popular. The bull’s eye patterns, protecting from evil, strengthened the magical protective power that a bracelet encircling the wrist was believed to produce. This bracelet is based on the model of an ancient original found in Vöyri in western Finland.
