What products can I purchase online?
www.kalevalashop.com webshop selection covers all the products in our current collection and also some of the models from previous collections. Made to order- products are available for purchase via the webshop with the production time of 4 to 6 weeks.
Is the product available in stock?
By default all Kalevala webshop products are available in stock. If the product is temporarily out of stock we will notify about this on the product page. These products are not available for purchase, but you can request an email reminder to inform you when the product is available again.
Where do you deliver?
Kalevala webshop delivers worldwide with some restrictions like Åland, Finland.
How much does the shipment cost?
The shipping fees are as follows:
- Delivery inside Finland 5,90€
- EU deliveries 15,00€
- Other international deliveries 25,00€
Please note that if the products are delivered to a destination outside the EU, the user is responsible for any customs fees, import duties or other comparable costs that may arise.
Registered Kalevala webshop regular customers enjoy free shipping inside Finland for over 100 eur purchases.

Am I able to return or exchange the goods I purchase?
You have the right to return or exchange a product within fourteen (14) days from the day when you received the product. We are happy to exchange your products to suitable size as fas as our inventory allow it.
What does return delivery cost?
Return costs are carried by the buyer. As we deliver globally and every carrier has their own pricing, every return has an unique cost.
In case of exchanging the product, Kalevala will send the second delivery with suitable sixe without charge.
How long does the delivery take?
Kalevala Jewelry processes the purchase orders made by the user within two working days. All Products will be delivered to the user by DHL Express. DHL Express delivers in 3-5 working days depending on the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery notification with a tracking code to follow the progress of your shipment on the DHL Express website. We have received lots of very positive feedback about our delivery times!
How soon can I expect to receive an anwer to my email?
Our goal is to answer all customer emails within one working day.
