Exchange and returns

If you are not completely happy with your Kalevala jewelry purchase, all our orders are granted with 14 days exchange and return right. Please note, return delivery costs are borne by the customer. 

How to make a return

Returning the products 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have a right to return it to us within 14 days after receiving your order. Please note, return delivery costs are paid by the customer.  

  • fill the return form you received with your order. Your order nr is the number from your original order starting by 13000... 
  • pack the product and the return form firmly in the original packaging 
  • write the return address on the parcel 
  • send the parcel within 14 days after receiving back to us. We recommend using DHL or FedEx carriers. Remember to save the return receipt 
  • returning costs are paid by the buyer 

We will reimburse the value of your order within 14 days after we have received the returned products. 

Exchanging the products  

If the size of the product you bought from our webshop was not right and you want to exchange it to a different size, follow these steps: 

  • fill in the new size and your details in the return form you received with your order. Your order nr is the number from your original order starting by 13000... 
  • pack the product and the return form firmly in the original packaging 
  • write the return address on the parcel  
  • send the parcel within 14 days after receiving your order. Returning costs are carried by the buyer. 
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will send the new size to you free of charge.

Return conditions
  • The order needs to be canceled in accordance with the Kalevala Terms of order by notifying Kalevala Jewelry's customer service info(at)kalevala.fi within 14 days of receiving the product, or by returning the parcel within 14 days of delivery 
  • The product is in the same condition as it was when delivered and all delivered parts are included in the package 
  • The product is packed in its original packaging
