Please note that your order may have already been packed and handed over to our logistics partner for delivery. In this case, the order can be cancelled by returning it within 14 days of receiving the delivered item. In Finland, returns are free of charge.

An Order Confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase for all Kalevala online store orders.

The order confirmation includes the order number and also serves as a receipt for your online purchase. If you have not received or cannot find the email confirmation, please contact Kalevala customer support at info(at)kalevala.fi.
