Two-Headed Horse Earrings Green Plywood

Merrily swinging colorful Kalevala plywood earrings are a sure sign of summer. This year's edition, the Two-headed Horse, is based on Eastern Finnish Iron Age animal pendants embellished with tinkling charms. Made of bronze and silver, the motif was part of Kalevala jewelry collection from the 1950s till the early 2000s. After two decades of absence the Two-headed Horse now rides back as a cheerful plywood version. The earrings are available only in our webshop and Kalevala stores in Helsinki.

The plywood Two-Headed Horse Earrings are a limited edition campaign product. The earrings are made of Finnish plywood with connecting parts in bronze and hooks in gold-plated silver. As the plywood Two-Headed Horse Earrings are a special limited edition product, Kalevala Koru does not offer any repair service. When handled with care, the earrings will bring you joy for a long time. Please avoid exposing the earrings to moisture:
do not swim or bathe while wearing them or store them in a humid place. Cosmetics such as perfume and hairspray will damage both the plywood and metal parts. Plywood is a relatively brittle material and does not tolerate bending.
