PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES

People in the North saw birds as symbols of good fortune, health and prosperity. In the spring, returning migrating birds brought with them the promise of summer and the many gifts of nature. Since birds could fly, they were believed to be messengers between humans and the gods. The Fortune Bird amulet is inspired by a piece of jewelry from the prosperous Viking era. Set safely in its nest, the Fortune Bird sings to bring us joy and faith in a happy tomorrow.

Wear the small Fortune Bird charm on a necklace, earring or bracelet. Delightful on its own, adorable in the company of other Amulet charms – collect and combine the way you want. The reverse side of the charm is hollow. Bronze, also available in silver.

Care instructions for bronze jewelry

Bronze is an alloy of copper, tin and zinc which
tarnishes faster than precious metals. The new bronze jewelry has a jewelry protector
varnish surface that prevents the jewelry from darkening. With the Kalevala cleaning cloth, you can
polishes areas that have dimmed if the protective varnish has worn off.
After cleaning, it's a good idea to wash the jewelry in mild soapy water, so as not to damage the cloth
the cleaning agent inside stains clothes.
